Before your appointment

• The Intake form must be filled out when booking your first appointment. It will enable me to customize your appointment to your specific needs. If there is a question you cannot answer, simply put N/A. You will not need to fill out new forms for future appointments unless any medications or allergies change.

Cancelations

• Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This will allow us the time to book you a new appointment and fill the newly available slot. Please keep in mind that we are a small family-owned business.

• A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services or $50, whichever is more. This includes canceling select services.

• A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services. This includes canceling select services. For example, if you booked two services, but cancel one of them, you will still be charged for the canceled service.

• Should you not show up to your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• You can get waxed on your period.

• Bookings made within 48 hours of their appointment time are subject to the above cancelation/rescheduling policy.

• A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

Late Arrivals

• Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
